Bleeding can occur in any of the most crucial organs in the body, including the heart, lungs, liver, or spleen. Internal bleeding isn’t hard to diagnose, but it may not happen in the immediate aftermath of a bike accident because the symptoms may take a while to manifest.

Common symptoms of internal injuries may include gradually increasing abdominal pain, bruises, dizziness or headaches, the presence of blood in urine or bowel movements, low blood pressure, and shock.
