Texas Motorcycle Event Calendar - October 2010

Bikes Blues and BBQ
Some of the best attractions of the Fayetteville Bikes Blues and BBQ rally is, again, what is going on along Dickson Street. Bikes are lined up and cruising up down Dickson Street, the little bars and restaurants, good people enjoying the event, and of course the barbeque. Vendors are set up in various parking lots that surround the areas, but we note this as a different thing that is good. Besides the area attractions, the Fayetteville rally has live music from a number the regional bands with a beer garden surrounding the area. There are poker runs, a motorcycle parade, Ms. Bikes, Blues & BBQ contest, and of course the Barbeque cook off. Visit www.bikesbluesandbbq.org.

Ride for Kids
The Dallas/Fort Worth Ride for Kids will be held on October 3, 2010 at the Grapevine Mills Mall in Grapevine, Texas (TX) Registration beginning at 8am, until 9:45am. Entry fee is a Donation of at least $35/Person. For each $300 you raise you will be entered in for a chance to win a New Honda Motorcycle! All Motorcyclists, and Enthusiasts are welcome to join. South Padre Island Bike Fest - Roar by the Shore
The Budweiser South Padre Island Bike Fest - Roar by the Shore will be held on October 7-10, 2010 in South Padre Island, Texas. Entry fee of; $50/Rally Package, which will include Concert Admission, Souvenir Dog Tag, Rally Pin, and Wristband. $15/Daily Passes, which will include All Concerts. $5/Children ages 5-11yrs. Children under 4 will be Free. Lonestar Rally
The Lone Star Rally will be held on November 4-7, 2010 in Galveston, Texas (TX) There will be a Tour of the Ghost Ship, Halloween Costume Parade Contest, and much more. Big Texas Toy Run
Two starting points, both have registration at 9am and the rides leaves at 1pm 1--Dallas at the American Airlines Center parking lot E on Victory Avenue 2--Fort Worth r at the corner of Second and Houston Streets. Registration begins at 9:00 am and the rides begin at 1:00 pm at both locations. The ride fee is $10.00 and a new unwrapped toy.
